How We Work
1. Listen
Simply put: We listen to you to understand your challenges and business needs.
2. Brainstorm
We will travel to your location and meet with your key stakeholders to brainstorm. You decide whether you would like us to take a lead or support role, depending on your internal resources.
3. Assess
We will then carry out a comprehensive assessment of our findings, define the areas for immediate focus, and create a proposed scope of work.
4. Implement
We will review the proposal jointly with you to make sure that your needs are addressed. At this time, we will define our methodology and the time frame for implementation of the project. Once we come to agreement on the scope of work, we will also explicitly state the engagement fee.
5. Integrate/Sustain
Jointly with your team, as the engagement evolves, we will observe, collect, analyze, and interpret the data. At the conclusion of the engagement, we will document the new controls for the systems and processes. We will also monitor the cost savings achieved during the course of the year. We will train key personnel so that it becomes an inherent part of your organization's DNA. In short, we will create new Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure the gains are sustainable.
